Paula Patton (born in 1960) is an American actress. She has also directed films such as Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol. Her childhood was located at Los Angeles where she came from a family of middle-class. A passion for film in her daughter was something that she learned from her mother who was also a fan of movies. Paula participated in co-curricular programs at her school, and was a drama enthusiast. Paula loved playing the role of an actor alongside her peers and was a participant in her school's stage productions. After performing in several performances at the high school of Hamilton Magnet Arts High School She decided to pursue acting her occupation. She was a student at in the University of Southern California for an intensive summer program and was enthralled by it. She won the PBS project for three months to shoot documentary films. Her first job was as production assistant for television documentaries following her successful completion of the project. Later, she was able to produce documentaries. While she was awed by her work however, she always wanted being an actor. She began her acting career through a tiny part on the movie romantic comedy Hitch, alongside Will Smith. In the years since she's been in a variety of productions and films.
